What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with small businesses, self-employed professionals, freelancers, and growing companies across the U.S. Whether you're just starting out or scaling up, we have a plan that fits your needs.

Do you offer services in Portuguese?

Yes! We are fully bilingual and offer our bookkeeping services in both English and Portuguese, making it easier for Brazilian entrepreneurs and Portuguese-speaking business owners to get the support they need.

How does onboarding work?

Once you choose your plan, we'll schedule a welcome call to understand your business, gather access to your accounts, and get everything set up. Most clients are fully onboarded within 3–5 business days.

Which accounting software do you use?

We work primarily with QuickBooks. If you don't have it yet, we can help you set it up as part of your onboarding.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days' notice.

What is included in the monthly reconciliation?

Each month we reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, categorize transactions, and deliver a Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet so you always know where your business stands.

What if I have months of unorganized books?

No problem! We offer Catch-Up & Cleanup Bookkeeping as an add-on service. Contact us for a custom quote based on the number of months that need to be organized.
